As a HR Specialist you are the ultimate generalist and you advise employees and managers in the DC in all areas of HR. You ensure an optimal and efficient working environment where decisions are made quickly.
Act as first point of contact concerning all HR related issues for management of the appointed business unit.
Advise line management on the adopted HR policy and the application of laws and regulations
Monitor proper implementation of HR policies in accordance with laws and regulations
Contribute to the recruitment and selection process by conducting qualitative interviews
Identify and transform the business needs and developments into action points and goals for HR
Make sure partnerships with temp agencies are established in line with the labour strategy of the HR Supply Chain team.
Contribute to the planning, implementation, and coordination of HR related projects and ensure the proper introduction and implementation of changes within the organization
Support and mediate disputes and supervise litigation (if necessary, in consultation with the Legal department)
Actively contribute to the optimization of personnel planning
Our requirements:
Preferably completed Bachelor education towards HRM
5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist role
English language skills (verbal/written) – min. B2
Highly organized way of working with low level of supervision
Thorough knowledge of selection methods, interview techniques, online recruitment tools and social media
Knowledge about the local labor market
Knowledge about labor law
Experience in Supply chain/ Logistics is a big plus
